Meet John Frick

John began work in the construction business operating heavy equipment with Morgan Corp, a grading company with projects spanning the entire southeast. After studying Environmental Science at Brevard College, John built his foundation in project management with Earth Structures, Inc where he managed the building of large scale retaining walls for government funded highway projects across the state of SC. John made his move into residential after joining Buxton Construction. John served as a Project Manager and Carpenter for new construction and renovations including large-scale and high-end residences. 

Meet Brett Skinner 

Brett started his construction career as a carpenter for Village Restoration, working on large-scale historic renovation projects. After graduating from Clemson with a degree in Environment & Natural Resources, Brett joined Boozer Lumber as a Framing Superintendent and later honed his project management skills at Archer Construction and while running his own company, Skinner Construction. 

In 2009, recognizing a shared work ethic and combined industry connections, John and Brett joined forces to form Level Building Projects.
